I stumbled upon this waterproof eyeliner 2 years ago and have been using this ever since. It doesn't smudge in tropical heat and draws perfectly smooth lines. I can go out the whole day and never needed to touch up. The texture is smooth and glides well which is important as the skin around the eye area is delicate.

Wonderful pencil !!! Draws excellent not smeared, despite the fact that the well is shaded. I recommend!

#01 Black. It's thick and definitely waterproof. I use it on the upper waterline (or the "tight-line") and it needs to be touched up after a few hours, but it works well. My eyes are sensitive and it doesn't make them water.
